Key Accountabilities:

Reporting to the Chief Legal, Compliance & Risk officer, as Head of Legal & Compliance, you will be responsible for all legal, compliance and regulatory affairs of the organisation.

Key responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

• Leadership: Develop and maintain in-house expertise in core activities of the L&C team
• Compliance: Promoting and assisting in the development of compliant practices across the business by: keeping abreast of regulatory developments; systematically creating, updating, implementing, monitoring and enforcing policies and procedures while promoting compliant; providing guidance on and support in training; providing effective advice and support across the business; managing regulatory reporting processes and liaising with authorities; and providing guidance and support in internal audits.
• Licensing: Obtain and maintain licences and industry standard certifications desired by the Company and pursue compliance with licence conditions and requirements and industry standards.
• Risk management: advising on risk management including regulatory, security, laundering, fraud and problem gambling risk.
• Legal: assisting in and advising on contractual matters, coordinating disputes, managing intellectual property protection and advising on other legal affairs.

• A mentor and leader to the individuals within the Legal & Compliance department and the organisation as a whole.
• A qualified lawyer with iGaming experience (candidates from related industries will be considered)
