What You’ll Be Cooking Up:

As a Kitchen Assistant, you’ll play a vital role in keeping our kitchen running smoothly and efficiently. You’ll support our Chef and Chef Assistant in preparing fresh, delicious meals for our team while ensuring the kitchen is clean, organized, and ready for action. Here’s a taste of what you’ll be doing:

• Keeping food preparation areas spotless and hygienic.
• Washing, peeling, chopping, cutting, and assisting with ingredient preparation.
• Cleaning and storing utensils and dishes properly.
• Managing and organizing ingredients and supplies.
• Maintaining kitchen equipment and ensuring everything is in working order.
• Helping with inventory checks and deliveries.
• Informing the Chef and Assistant Chef when stock levels run low.
• Supporting any additional kitchen-related tasks as needed.

• Awareness of health and hygiene standards.
• A valid food handler’s license (don’t worry—we’ll renew it for you when needed).
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Effective communication and a great attitude!
