THE ROLE
We are seeking a Senior Digital Marketing Manager to lead and drive the strategy, execution, and optimization of multi-channel media campaigns across multiple regions, with a strong focus on maximizing ROI and market share in the highly competitive iGaming sector. This senior role demands a highly skilled and experienced professional with a strategic mindset, strong leadership capabilities, and an in-depth understanding of performance marketing.

- Strategic Marketing Mix Planning & Execution: Take ownership of the marketing mix for multiple countries and product lines, ensuring alignment with broader business goals. Drive both performance-driven and branding campaigns, optimizing for market effectiveness and ROI.
- Campaign Optimization & Innovation: Lead the ongoing optimization of media campaigns, utilizing data-driven insights to refine strategies and identify new growth opportunities. Actively test and innovate to ensure sustained campaign performance across digital channels.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Collaborate closely with internal teams (Affiliates, Design and Content) to ensure the integration of marketing efforts. Leverage cross-departmental insights to achieve optimal campaign performance.
- Data-Driven Performance Analysis: Oversee the setup, tracking, and detailed performance analysis of all campaigns using Adservers and other tools. Continuously monitor KPIs, analysing results against set targets, and providing actionable recommendations to senior management.
- Leadership & Team Collaboration: Provide strategic guidance and foster a high-performance culture within the marketing team. Serve as a key advisor in strategic discussions, influencing decision-making processes at the senior level.
- Creative Oversight & Agency Management: Own the creative process by developing design briefs for performance. Work closely with agencies to ensure that all creative work meets the highest standards and is aligned with market goals.
- Budget & Spend Management: Oversee the allocation and monitoring of campaign budgets across digital media, ensuring efficient use of resources and staying within agreed financial parameters. Provide regular reports on spend and ROI to senior leadership.
- Rapid Market Adaptation: Demonstrate the ability to adapt to market changes and new opportunities quickly, maintaining flexibility and agility in a fast-paced environment. Ensure that marketing initiatives are always aligned with the latest industry trends.
- Stakeholder Reporting & Communication: Provide regular, comprehensive reports to senior management, highlighting campaign performance, market insights, and potential areas for growth. Deliver actionable recommendations and ensure transparency in performance metrics.
Who and what we are after?
- Proven Expertise: A minimum of 2+ years of experience in digital marketing management, specifically within the iGaming Proven success in leading large-scale, multi-channel campaigns across diverse international markets.
- Advanced Knowledge of Digital Marketing Channels: Expertise in performance marketing (Programmatic, Display, Apps Instals Campaigns, Digital Doors, Digital Native formats, Social Media, etc.). Deep understanding of campaign strategies and metrics, with the ability to manage high-budget campaigns effectively.
- Leadership & Strategic Vision: Strong leadership and mentoring skills with a track record of influencing and leading cross-functional teams. Demonstrated ability to define and execute high-level marketing strategies with measurable results.
- Data-Driven Decision Maker: Expertise in using tools like Adservers, analytics platforms, and other campaign tracking systems to make informed decisions. Familiarity with Google Tag Manager (GTM), Google Analytics and other technical marketing tools is a strong plus.
- Exceptional Communication & Negotiation Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present to senior leadership and negotiate effectively with external stakeholders, including media agencies and partners.
- Agile & Results-Oriented: Comfortable working in a dynamic and fast-paced environment. Ability to manage competing priorities while maintaining a high standard of work and meeting deadlines.
- Advanced Project Management & Analytical Skills: Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage complex projects, prioritize initiatives, and drive results across multiple teams. Proficient in Microsoft Excel and other data analysis tools.
- Language Skills: Fluency in English is required. Proficiency in additional languages is highly advantageous.
